Product Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with a Cat-Ears, LLC product, you can return it to Cat-Ears, LLC. All returns must be received by Cat-Ears, LLC within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund (shipping costs are not eligible for refund). Our mailing address is:

Warranty

 

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase.  If your product is defective, we will exchange your purchase for the same or similar product of equal or lesser value.

Missing Item or Wrong Product

 

If you believe you have the wrong item or if you are missing an item from your order please contact Cat-Ears, LLC within one week of receiving the order by calling 303-748-0092 or emailing admin@cat-ears.com.

 

Refund/Credits

 

Credits will be issued upon return of the product.  Credits usually take 5-7 business days to appear on your card.

 

Clearance Items

 

Clearance items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless received damaged or defective.
